Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all contracts concluded through this online shop between Henco2 GmbH (“we”) and consumers as well as businesses.

The presentation of products in the shop is an invitation to order, not a binding offer.

By completing checkout you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods.

Bracelets are braided to order. Clasp, length and any engraving are chosen by you in the configurator; for limited editions the band and its colours are fixed.

Engraved bracelets are made to your personal specification and are excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 312g(2) no. 1 German Civil Code). Please check the engraving text carefully before submitting.

Configurations without engraving are ordinary goods; the right of withdrawal applies without restriction.

Engraving texts must not contain offensive, discriminatory or unlawful content and must not infringe third-party rights, in particular trademarks, names and copyrights. We may refuse an engraving that violates this; in that case we refund the full purchase price or, by agreement, produce the piece without engraving. You are responsible for the content of the engraving and indemnify us against third-party claims.

All prices are final prices in euro and include 19 % statutory German VAT.

We deliver to Germany and Austria. Shipping is a flat €4.95 — the same for both countries — and free from an order value of €79.00. We do not ship to other countries at present.

We deliver at most three bracelets per order. Every piece is made by hand; please ask by email for larger quantities.

“3 for 2” offer (valid up to and including 18 September 2026): if you order three bracelets in one order, we do not charge for the cheapest one. The discount is deducted at checkout and shown on the invoice. Cannot be combined with promotion codes. If you withdraw from individual bracelets of an offer order, we refund proportionally: the discount is spread evenly across all three bracelets and the corresponding share of the amount paid is refunded.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, SEPA direct debit, iDEAL and Wero are available depending on country and device.

We produce to order and ship within Germany via DHL Paket, to Austria via DHL Paket International. Every piece is made by hand in 5 working days; delivery takes place within 10 working days of the contract being concluded for Germany, and within 14 working days for Austria.

Statutory warranty rights apply; for consumers the limitation period is two years from receipt of the goods.

Normal wear is not a defect.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
